I started my insurance career over 30 years ago in Burlington, IA.  I take great pride in working with customers to protect their assets and provide a peace of mind regarding their future.  The majority of my time in the industry has been with Ed S. Lofton and Sons; which became Lofton, Stebbings and Sohl; which became part of Keokuk Savings Bank.  In 2016 Ft. Madison Bank and Trust purchased KSB and named the new combined organizations Connection Bank and Insurance. 

On July 22, 2022 my wife and I purchased Connection Insurance and created LJ Insurance. 

We are very excited to continue to provide the best possible service to our customers in the tri-state area.  Our offices are located in Ft. Madison and Keokuk, IA.  We are glad to retain the same great staff that our clients have come to know over the years.  We currently have 14 licensed insurance agents with over 210 years of experience.  The combined knowledge those years bring is unmatched in the area.  LJ Insurance is proud to be the agency of choice in southeast Iowa.
